By accessing or using ReviewMaster Pro ("Service") operated by Built Simple AI ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
ReviewMaster Pro is an AI-powered service that helps businesses generate personalized responses to customer reviews. The Service includes:
- AI-generated review response suggestions
- Integration with Google Business Profile
- Business profile customization
- Automated response posting (when authorized)
3. Account Registration
To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain the security of your password
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
4. Subscription and Payment
4.1 Free Tier
The free tier allows limited use of the Service without payment: 3 responses per day without an account, and 10 per day with a free account.
4.2 Pro Subscription
- Pro subscription costs $29/month
- Includes a 14-day free trial with 100 AI responses for new subscribers
- Billed monthly through Stripe
- Cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period
4.3 Refunds

5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Generate false, misleading, or defamatory content
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your business
- Violate the terms of connected platforms (such as Google)
- Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service
- Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
- Generate spam or fraudulent reviews/responses
6. Third-Party Integrations
6.1 Google Business Profile
When you connect Google Business Profile, you authorize us to:
- Access your business reviews and information
- Post responses on your behalf (when you initiate or enable Autopilot)
You remain responsible for all content posted to your Google Business Profile through our Service.
6.2 Third-Party Terms
You must comply with the terms of service of any connected third-party platforms.
7. AI-Generated Content
Regarding AI-generated responses:
- Responses are suggestions generated by artificial intelligence
- You are responsible for reviewing and approving content before posting
- We do not guarantee responses will be appropriate for all situations
- You retain responsibility for any content posted using our Service
8. Intellectual Property
- The Service, including its design and technology, is owned by Built Simple AI
- You retain ownership of your business content and data
- AI-generated responses may be used freely by you for your business purposes
- We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our Service
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:
- The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- AI-generated responses will be accurate or suitable for your needs
- The Service will meet your specific requirements
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BUILT SIMPLE AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
- Damage to reputation or goodwill
- Loss of data
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Built Simple AI from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Content you post through the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Non-payment of fees
- Any reason with 30 days notice
You may terminate your account at any time through the Service or by contacting support.
