This is required to respond to reviews. Go to the "Google Reviews" tab and click "Connect Google Business Profile". You'll sign in with the Google account that manages your business.
Add your business details, tone preferences, and special instructions in the "Business Profile" tab. This helps the AI write responses that match your brand voice.
Autopilot automatically responds to new reviews 24/7. After connecting Google, scroll down and toggle on Autopilot. You can set a delay (1-24 hours) so you have time to review responses before they're posted.
Pro tip: Set autopilot for positive reviews only, and handle negative reviews manually with templates.
For negative reviews or complaints, use "Prompts & Templates" to create safe, professional responses that don't accidentally validate false claims.

Here's a quick guide to get the most out of ReviewMaster Pro:
Scroll down to see your Google reviews. Click "Generate Response" to create an AI response, review it, then click "Post to Google" to publish. You stay in control of every response.
Go to the "Business Profile" tab to add your business details, tone preferences, and any special instructions. This helps the AI write responses that sound like you.
Important: AI can accidentally validate false claims. If a customer says something happened that didn't (wrong prices, staff issues, etc.), AI might apologize for things you didn't do.
Go to "Prompts & Templates" and create a few templates for negative reviews. Something like: "Thank you for your feedback. Please contact our manager directly at [phone/email] so we can address your concerns."
Templates give you a safe, professional response without admitting fault.
Once you're comfortable, you can enable Autopilot to automatically respond to positive reviews. We recommend keeping negative reviews manual so you can use templates or review AI responses carefully.
